Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Implied Ownership

I was in an 11 year partnership that ended in 2000, while together we purchased numerous investment properties. Typical process was to individually mortgage but jointly take title. After termination of partnership, it appears that some of the properties were never deeded with my name, however, I continued to pay for maintenance, taxes and upkeep. Am I entitled to any ownership, or have I legally been swindled? PLease advise.

Re: Implied Ownership

If there is a contract for the partnership, the terms of it would apply. If not, it may be possible to gets some compensation for partnership property, sort of like a divorce.
