Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Hello, I have an irregation line that runs from my pump to the lake. It enters my neighbors property about 2 feet, turns and goes into the lake for about 8 feet on his property. This was here when I bought the property, have been here about 5 years. He wants me to have it dug up and removed. Does prescriptive easement work here? I do not use it, can I just tell him to remove it or do I have to? Thanks

No one here can answer you without looking at your deed, property lines, and a land survey.

If you want an actual answer you're going to have to pay a lawyer to review your relevant documents.

But why pay a lawyer when you already know so much? After all, you know what a prescriptive easement is right?

Good luck.
