if you live in a particular property you do not own. what rights do you have in that particular land if for many years the original owner (title holder) let you to live there and maintain a permanent residence.... and for that so many years... you are the one who pays taxes and built improvements in that land and you remit the fruits of the rentals of the apartment you built for the owner...
and only after 5 years after the death of the original title holder ... the one who inherited the land is now claiming the ownership and is selling it to you for an unreasonable price... unreasonable in a way that anytime. the government may use the land and that particular land is on a danger zone....
do you have any right to demand for that unreasonable selling price they are offering provided....

Your questions are answered with facts, not "what if's" that barely make any sense. To get to the bottom line, people who own real property can generally sell it for any price they wish, or not sell it at all. if you don't like the price, don't buy it.
You don't have any rights to teh property under the facts you gave.
