Mom just passed Nov.7 New will found

My mom passed away Nov.7, her will that we knew about includes her children, her new husband had her sign new will right before surgery without our knowledge (Mom would not have done that) That will has questionable signature, she was heavily medicated & we feel she may have been tricked. Many disturbing things & trying to get this new will probated ASAP by new husband and cut us out entirely. We need advice! Do we have a chance to contest this, there is property involved & we may lose our home, as it was in her name.

It would be impossible to even guess what your chances are based on a paragraph, documents we do not have, have speculation about what may have happened. See a lawyer soon.

Call an attorney ASAP. You should contest the validity of the will and/or her capacity.
