Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Right of way

My neighbor and I have an adjoining 40 foot right of ways(total of 80 feet) into our property. We have a one lane private road on the right of ways. One half of the road is on my right of way and one half on hers. She is asking for a re-zoning of her property to subdivide it into lots with ''zero'' right of way for the six lots. This would mean all the traffic would be coming down the private road we share. Do I have grounds to argue at the zoning meeting? I do not want the road used for this much traffic.(Gwinnett County)

Thank you!

Re: Right of way

Yes, you have grounds to object. However, the entire situation needs to be reviewed, including the deeds, etc. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to give me a call. Coincedentally, I am on my way right now to Gwinnet Superior Court.
