Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I have owned a timeshare in Cancun Mexico for 10 years, and have not used it in over 5. We do not want it anymore, and the maintenance fee has gone from $250. yearly to over 800.00. I just want to have a quit claim deed forn notarized and sign the agreement over to them free and clear with no further obligation on my part. Can they come after me for late fees and force me to pay on this. My husband is now retired and we cannot afford this.

No one here has your documents (you should), and you should probably be asking a lawyer in Mexico, not Georgia.

You can't just deed it back and avoid your obligations (unless they agree in writing to that). Ask them.
