If an owner changes rental companies with leases on units still active who gets the commission generated by these leases?

No one here could have a clue as no one here has seen the contracts and you deliberately chose not to tell us what they say. You have the contracts which means you have the answer in your hands (if you do not understand them you should not have signed them).
