Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I am in process of purchasing a home and have found that the sellers (Cumming GA) have knowingly falsified information on the Sellers Disclosure. Who should I contact about their intentional fraud? Items falsified include that 3 insurance claims were made (disclosure states none), that the home is not part of an HOA...and it is, and that there has never been a repair done to the roof...which is what two of the insurance claims were for. Any advise would be appreciated.

You left out a very important detail - what does "in the process of purchasing a home" mean? That means it is difficult to give you an answer. Do you have a contract? What do you mean "who should you contact?" The obvious answer is a lawyer, if you have a signed contract. You also failed to indicate what you want to do as far as the house - still buy it, or what?
