Property Purchase

My husband and I have the opportunity to purchase a home on a land contract, I got online looking for Land Contract Forms to use so we could write the contract between both parties and have it notorized, but have been unable to find the forms I need. I was wondering if you could either e-mail me the forms I could use or sample forms for which I could follow and type myself. Please advise if there is anything available.

You should be able to find what you need at http://www.findforms.com/ If not, a standard contract that you can get from a real estate agent should do.
