Purchase of home real property and fixtures

purchased a home and contract stated real property and fixtures included. when i moved in fixtures includeed were missing. contacted owner and demanded return and they refused. what are my options?

If the contract stateed that fixtures were to be included, you need to consult with an attorney. In hindsight, the contract should have specifically spelled out what fixtures were to be included. Being specific usually avoids problems like this.
