Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Hi, quick question. (Georgia) If I'm buying the second property (second residential) which is only 5 miles away from my first residential property, can I rent out the rooms at the second property while staying there occasionally (3-5 times out of the week) on the couch or living room area? Does that consider living there? How long does the owner have to occupy the home to be able to rent the rooms out while living there?

There is not set time period for one to be considered living somewhere. It just depends on the circumstances - sleeping, mail delivery, etc.
