Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Should I seek legal advice

Hello,

I am a real estate agent in the state of GA. I am being investigated by the real estate commission for two complaints received last year. I have provided the commission's investigator with all of the information that I could provide her. She continues to send emails pertaining to the information that I have already given to her. I feel that all I deserve is a slap on the wrist from the commission. I feel that this investigator is trying to have my license removed and that I am not being treated fairly. I need to know if I should seek legal advice moving forward in dealing with this person. I feel as though she is trying to ''catch me in the act'' of something. Please advise.

Re: Should I seek legal advice

If you have to ask, the answer is probably yes. No one here can possibly know enough facts to otherwise tell you what to do or not do.
