Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

co signer on home

My mother was co-borrower on my home. She passed away three years ago with no will. I can not get any help in this matter....how do I get my mother's name off the deed so I can sell my home? The probate court here in Paulding county seems to know less than I do. Thank you.

The probate court is not obligated to give individuals legal advice. Your situation is one that will best be served by hiring legal representation.
