How can a subdivision throw out a Home Owners Association Amendment. Which court can one file the papers to abolish the amendment that was not initially agreed upon?

No one here has your HOA documents and it does no good to ask a question as you did, with no facts. If you want a response, post clear and concise facts of what actually happened. Otherwise, you can see a lawyer to discuss spending thousands of dollars to "file the papers."
