Tenant ask,

Does a landlord have the right to come into the rented house when the tenant is absent? Landlord set up an appointment to inspect the rented house, the tenant requested to please reschedule since no available due to business compromises, Landlord indicated that no matter what she(he) will get in, and proceed to do the inspection since she(he) has the key and it's landlord's property. Is that legally a correct procedure). Tenant is under this lease contract for 2 years and paid always on time plus gave 3 months deposit.
