Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My uncle sold my grandmothers land 4 years (2006) before her death. He was not appointed to care for her or make decissions for her. After her death and everything was settled I found out by the guy who bought the land. My uncle has since shot himself (a year after her death). Is there anything that can be done to reclaim the estate.

Someone had taken the safe deposit box key and her pace maker battery charger when she was on vacation with me. After her death, when the safe deposit box was open, the main parts of the will were missing. All of this has been documented but no one had the funds to persue.

There's no way for someone to sell someone else's land unless they either have a power of attorney or forged a document, so you have left out the most important detail. Regardless, there are time deadlines to file various type cases, and if you let those expire, you permanently lose rights you may have had. At this point, go see a lawyer with your paperwork to determine who may have remedies and if there even are any remedies.
