Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Georgia

Other options available

I recently went to file an EEOC and was told since I was an employee under contract I couldn't file an EEOC because these employees were not covered under title VII, but if Georgia had a law against sexual harassment then I could still have a lawsuit...I was wondering if Georgia had a law against sexual harassment that would help my case.
