if a sexual harassement claim is filed against you and there is more than one person, but they are not true and all they had was the people that file allof suddenly at one time and they decide to terminate you, What can you do if there only proof was that person word versus yours? Kept in mind one of them was being laid off and the other one is bitter because she did not get a promotion. SECOND qUESTION HOW can i get them to accept a my resignation instead ofbeing terminated? i was tired of job anyway and waslooking for another job.

You need to hire an attorney to defend you against the harassment claim.

Ordinarily, an employer does not have to accept your resignation. They may terminate your employment without your consent.
