Legal Question in Social Security Law in Georgia

Am I eligible?

Over a year ago, I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis plus I have work related tendonitis in my wrists. I have had chronic pain and it greatly affects my ability to work especially since I have always done computer work (administrative). I have pain in both shoulders down both arms, numbness, etc. It is very debilitating and I don't sleep well. I lost my job in April and wondering if I qualify to file for SS disability. I cannot get a job now doing what I've always done. I have some good days but mostly bad days and using the computer for several hours at a time aggravates my condition. Please help. Thanks.

Re: Am I eligible?

You may definitely qualify for SS benefits, but we would need more information from you first, i.e. doctor verification of the degree of your disability condtion. We greatly empathize with your situation, and can help you from there. For prompt, affordable legal assistance in this matter, contact us directly for a free phone consultation.
