Parental Death Benefits

I am a minor at the age of 16 and this past october my mother who worked all of her life (and died at age 46 of a sudden death) passed away. I know im entitled to S.S benefits because she was disabled, but im not exacally sure what those benefits are....

You need to contact your local Social Security office as soon as possible. They will be able to tell you what benefits are available to you. You should be entitled to benefits until you turn 18, or later if you are in school.
