Legal Question in Social Security Law in Georgia

I just went through my social security disability hearing that took almost two years to get to. If for some reason if I lose how long does it take to get another hearing? Also will I usually end up with the same administrative law judge as before? Also my hearing was based on my mental stability as far as me working again I just wanted to know what is the winning rate on cases such as depression, having delusions, paranoia, etc? I was admitted three times to a mental institution for such problems. I need a second opinion. I did have an attorney at my hearing.

A response from a website, with minimal facts, is not a "second opinion." If you have questions about your case, you have a lawyer. If you want a true second opinion, meet with another lawyer (which may involve still paying the first one).
