early withdrawal from IRA
I read frequently that withdrawals from an IRA may be made prior to age 59 1/2
without an early withdrawal penalty if equal amounts are withdrawn over a certain period of time according to some IRS tables; I have been unable to find those
tables in any pubs or in the tax books that I found in my local library-plz give
guidance. for the record I am a 56 year old male-
