Legal Question in Tax Law in Georgia

i had liberty tax do my taxes in from 2004 through 2008 and in 2006 and 2007 they never sent my taxes in to be filed ,i paid all my taxes at that time and now sense they didnt send them in now they say we owe around 10000,00 is there any legal actions i can take against the tax place

First, you should get your taxes reviewed by H&R Block. They have a special "second look" program that is quite inexpensive and the real secret is they completely re-do your tax return. If they find major problems, they can prepare an amended return and save you taxes.

They can also help you get a transcript from the IRS.
