Legal Question in Tax Law in Georgia

Payment of business sales tax

I owned 2 franchised business in Georgia which closed 12/03. I owed approx $10,000 in sales to ga. dept of rev. Filed bankruptcy 2005. Listed sales tax debt in bankruptcy, discharged 2006. Has $100,000 in assets to go to creditors. I was left with nothing, no house, nothing. state of georgia says we still owe the sales taxes. They say they did not get any money from bankruptcy.

What can we do. Is there a statute of limitations on the collection of this money?
