What can you do if your W-2's are sent out after January 31?

Although they SHOULD be sent to you by the end of the month, many employers are less than diligent about doing so.
Your best bet is to simply wait and file your taxes when you receive the W-2 forms.
Remember, the tax deadline isn't until April 15th!
