Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

I have a charge of driving on suspended 3rd in five. They want to give me 90 days. Would the judge maybe give me the 90 days in weekends if I explain that I am the sole provider of my family and my wife is unable to provide for our two children due to being pregnant ( high risk )

6 hours ago you posted the same question an were twice told you needed to get a lawyer (and that you were likely to get jail time). It seems very strange that you'd come back and ask the identical question instead of working on hiring legal counsel. The answer has NOT changed in the past 6 hours.

Here is the answer you already got:

"You thought of these things before becoming a three time repeat criminal offender. You could end up with a full year in jail and a large fine. No one can guess what will happen, except to tell you that you badly need expert counsel."

A second lawyer also told you to get counsel.

You received responses when you posted just a few hours ago. The answers won't change. You cant try to explain your family situation, but the judge may very well see that if taking care of your family was not important enough to you before you got multiple violations, it is not important now and jail is necessary. Similarly, if it is not important enough to get a good lawyer, it must not be very important.
