Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

cocaine in car

My son was a passenger in a car pulled over. The driver was under the influence and so were the passengers, which included myson. Additionally they found some cocaine in the car (tiny amount). They are making my son take AA and drug use classes. What should he expect?

Hard to say. Different counties have different programs, including types of programs which can end with a dismissal of the charge. If he is in Summit County, Feel free to call if you wish.
