Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
My daughter got a ticket for expired tag. Her court date is today and she still does not have a valid tag and she does not have any money. What can she do?

If you want her to have a better day in court, buy her the tag before court. It may not win the case, but it might lower the fine in some courts. Otherwise she'll learn an expensive lesson. (She's had a long time to get it if she oth missed the deadline to get one and then waited from the ticket date to her court date, so perhaps that expensive lesson is one she needs).
