my ex-girlfriend's car is titled and financed in my name, and I need her to put this in her name and re-finance. I currently insure the car as well. What legal options do I have if she does not refinance? How do I repossess?

If you chose to buy a car and agree to pay for it and let someone else use it, unless you really screwed up, you and she wrote and signed a written agreement as to what to do in this situation. The remedies you have are those you agreed to, and you didn't tell us what those were.
