Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

My exx-wife applied for federal assistance while we were still married. years later our divorce states that child support is handled between us. My liscense has been suspended and they keep saying its a child sipport issue. Maybe from what she did years ago, I can not drive and its hindering my ability to support my new family. How can I get a liscense to drive in the state of georgia, with child support accusing me of not being there and requiring a back pay. we were married and I took care of my kids.

You left out the most important fact - were you separated when she filed (and also what does your divorce say about her support case)?

In any event, you need a lawyer.
