No insurance
My wife got stopped for no insurance, which was true. Is she going to get her license suspended or can she plead Nolo. She has never plead nolo before.

If this is your wife's first "no insurance" charge she can plead "no contest/nolo" and avoid a 60 day suspension of her license.
