Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
How can you prove that you are not a Georgia Resident (and therefore don't have to get a GA license)?

Your lawyer will be helpful with this. But here's a list of documents that would help, especially if you have all or most of them:
(1) paycheck stub from the date of the ticket showing an out of state employer
(2) your mortgage payment records or rent receipts showing an out of state address
(3) your out of state telephone, cable TV, electric, natural gas and water bills
