Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

I got pulled over in the State of Georgia for Failure to stop for a school bus. I was on the opposite side of a 4 lane road (4 lanes away from the bus) and feel like I was already passing the bus as it was still coming to a stop. The bus was not stopped yet and by the time it was, I had already passed it, which is why I did not stop. Should I plead Not Guilty or No Contest? And should I even dispute the charge?

Those are questions YOU, not people on an internet forum, need to answer. We were not there, and we don't know the other side of the story. One thing we do know - the cost of a traffic lawyer might be a fraction of the cost of the ticket, which carries huge increases in insurance premiums.

No one here can possibly tell you how to plead. Note that a conviction, if you plead not guilty and are tried, or certain pleas, could raise your insurance premiums, so it is cheaper to hire a lawyer and address things correctly (the correct choice could be something other than a plea, such as diversion).
