Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
A ticket I paid 13 years ago in PA resurfaced and my license was recently suspended in GA. I was incarcerated, fined, and re-suspended by GA. Who can I sue, how can I erase this from my record and is the judge who wouldn't listen to my evidence liable as well?

Prior to any hearing in Georgia, get proof of your payment to Pennsylvania and get them to release the suspension.
