Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia
Traffic Court
What are my leagal rights as a defedent in Traffic Court. Will I have the oppertunity to tell my side of the story? I plan to pled Not Guilty.

With the exception of red light camera cases, all traffic cases in Georgia are misdemeanors. You have the right to jury trial, to counsel, to confront witnesses, and all the other rights one has in any criminal case. Which rights you should exercise, and what will happen, is why you should consult with a lawyer. A not guilty plea may or may not be the best choice.
