Legal Question in Traffic Law in Georgia

What is the name I turned right into a shopping center which had two entrances. There was traffic and I got over in from of the first entrance and then realized I was at the wrong entrance but couldn't get back over so I proceeded to the second entrance in the lane which was 10 ft. . An office followed me in and gave a ticket with the code 40-6-20. There was a must turn sign 8 ft before the first entrance. I looked up the code and it doesn't seem to describe my circumstances and it is a 3 point violation. On the town website is say something different from what the state could stated. This code seems server for a right turn. I also saw a code that seems to be more in line 40-6-51. Is this the normal citation given for failing to turn right? I live in Georgia.

Your post completely makes no sense. But if you got a ticket you disagree with, you should see a lawyer.
