Case should not be in probate

husband/wife biz partnership.Husband dies,wife is left controlling interest.(Ownership and managerial)All biz capital is put into probate.(widow,wife is told to proceed this way)Grown children,their atty.have taken complete control of estate.Widow is trying to find help.

If the husband left a will, that will determine who is the executor (the person in charge of the estate.) If he left no will, the widow should apply to the Probate Court to be appointed Administrator of the estate.
