Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Four Children=1 Beneficiary

My mother has decided to leave her house to my younger sister because she had it built for them. There are four children and we ALL helped to build this house. My parents paid to have this done and we know my younger sister made some money off of it. Bottom line is: Can the will be contested? We know she will sell the house and we don't want that.

Thanks for your time.

If your mother is of sound mine, and nobody has exerted undue influence over your mother, she can leave her home to whomever she wishes. One cannot contest a will simply because one did not receive anything. If your mother simply wants to leave the house to your younger sister, she can.
