how long do you have to contest a power of attorney in the state of Georgia?

There is no time limit for contesting a power of attorney. It can be done at any time. If you feel that someone has improperly obtained a P/A or is improperly using one, you should immediately consult with an attorney in the county where the grantor of the P/A resides.
