dimented mother signs power of attorney over to her sister

My mother is old getting dimentia. We feel she is in the early stages of alzheimer but has not been diagnosed. She thinks we are stealing sheets and towels, etc. My aunt came from out of town, took her to an attorney and had my mother sign everything over to my aunt. Can we do anything?

You should ASAP consult with a local attorney regarding getting a guardian appointed for your mother. Then, the guardian can take steps to get the property back. Don't delay.
