Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Disbursement of Retirement Fund

My husband died. He didn't have a will. I am his second wife, his first wife preceded him. His first wife and children were named on his retirement as beneficiaries. He retired from the company five years before we were married.

Do I have any legal right to file a claim to obtain these funds?
