Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

estate assets

My older brother is execuator for my aunts estate he has allowed my middle brother to have her car although the estate has not been probated or even filed. When I question them about the car I was told my aunt had transfered the title to my brother before she died. I checked with the tax office & the car is still in my aunts name. How do I make sure the car is brought back and added as an asset to her estate & can he somehow register the car in his state of resident since he has the original title ?

Re: estate assets

You may want to hire an attorney to represent your interests, since this may be a sign that your brother may not represent each heirs interests fairly.
