Do an estranged for over 30 years husband have any entitlement rights to a wrongful death lawsuit settlement of the wife? He has been in jail @ 25 years and even illegally married again to someone else. Additonally, he is current incarerated. The only surviving child of the decedent was awarded administator of estate.

I strongly recommend that the estate hire an estates and trusts attorney in Georgia to advice you on your specific situation. Just because a spouse is "estranged" or in jail, does not necessarily mean that they lose all of their spousal rights.
