Can A Executrix Do This ???

My grandmother died leaving property to 8 children in a will. The executrix has it up for sale without telling the other 7. Is this legal ???

As a general rule, the answer is yes, but there would be absolutely no way any lawyer could tell you in your case without actually reading the will and the probate paperwork, so your question really cannot be answered online.
