executrix rights

Does the executrix of a legal will have the right to remove property left to her from the deceaseds home before the will has been shared with the other members mentioned in the will ?

No. Until the will has been filed with the probate court, and the court has accepted it and issued letters testamentary, the executrix is NOT the executrix. The process of offering it to teh court includes notice to every heir and potential heir.
