Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

my father died nearly 2 years ago my mom sold her home and moved away in the process she told all the kids they could have what they wanted as she was selling everything.I took a old clock belonging to my grandfather.Now because I am married my sister said that when mom dies she wants the clock back as it is part of the estate . And that she has power of attorney and they will send papers for me to sign when my mom dies my mom went to Sweden to live with my sister.Is there anything I can do.Thanks

You failked to give any needed information to reply. Was there a will? If not, what written agreement did the heirs sign? What did the lawyer who represented the estate do? Where did your mother live? Obviously, you don't sign any papers from anyone without a lawyer representing you. Beyond that, since you chose not to tell us what happened, the best we can tell you is to go see a lawyer.
