Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

What is the Georgia law concerning credit card debt upon death of a spouse if spouse has card in his name only? Other considerations...husband gets pension and wife gets a % of pension at his death. The have a house that is paid off but is only in the wife's name. Husband is not on deed. Will wife be responsible for paying off debt using the pension or life insurance???

You haven't posted enough information to answer as we don't know what other assets he has. This is one of the reasons a couple needs to sit down with a lawyer while both people are alive, have wills, and be sure pensions, insurance and other assets are set up correctly.
