Years support with realty usually passes full title, so it doesn't go back to heirs. It would be impossible for anyone who has not read the years support order (and the will) to answer you. You need to show those documents to a lawyer as the answer is in the documents.

What exactly was grandmother's year's support? Money or land? If money, there is nothing to return to anyone. If land, then I agree with Attorney Ashman that grandmother would get the land, but that brings up another question - if she was given land, how exactly was it owned and titled? Did the order just give her a life estate which would be the right to live on and use the land? If a life estate then it would only end at her death.

You need to get the estate file for the husband to see exactly what grandmother got and then you need to see the estate file for grandmother as well as the deed to any real property in order to determine who gets what. I suggest that you make copies of the above and have them reviewed by a probate lawyer who practices in the county/state where your grandmother and her husband lived at the time of their deaths.
