That makes him a bigamist. If you choose, you can swear out a warrant for his arrestr and send him to jail. You may also want to see a divorce attorney.

I agree with Attorney Ashman. A person can only have one wife at a time and the marriage has to be terminated by death or divorce before you can pick up a second spouse.
