Life Insurance Beneficiary
My Father passed prior to my Grandmother. When my Grandmother passed, her life insurance beneficiaries were my father, my aunt and my uncle. Since my father is deceased who should his portion go to if the policy does not specify this information?

Look at the terms of the policy.
If the policy requires that the beneficiary must survive the insured, the remaining beneficiaries will take.
If the policy does not require this, your father's estate will take his share.
